In 1978 we started making farm cheese on our farm. Love for the profession was and is the most important core value. This passion is shared daily with and by our customers.
Authenticity
All our farm cheese and farm dairy is prepared daily on our farm by a family member who wants to prepare an even better product every day than the day before. No fragrances, colourings or flavourings are added to the farm cheeses.
Natural base
Carefully selected unique herb grasses around the farm give our pastures a new perspective on biodiversity. You can taste it in our farm dairy. The grass attracts a multitude of insects.
Out
Our cows that graze outside eat this herb grass. This grass contains the soft Omega 3 fats, the basis for a good farm cheese.
Fresh milk
The pure raw milk must be of impeccable quality. After milking, cheese making begins immediately. This morning milk is still warm and super fresh.
Craftsmanship
Years of craftsmanship from father to son results in a farm cheese that has won many prizes. Our farm cheese has received the Guaranteed Traditional Speciality (GTS) quality mark.
Taste
The taste is perhaps best described as a slow, soft, smooth, fruity taste development. This is due to the bacteria-rich raw milk that generates a lot of taste and the little added salt.
